Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however if you return the product to us in the same condition, we will offer a online store credit minus a $14.95 postage and handling fee.

We offer replacements if the product arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please make contact with us and we will organise a return and replacement for you. 

We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalised orders. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure you take photos of the packaging and damage so we can have them on file. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
